The SmartBaseTM The SmartBaseTM siRNA oligos provided are synthesized as a single strand oligo with appropriate modifications to impart nuclease resistance and duplex stability. These include select phosphodiester linkages substituted by phosphorothioate linkages, modified 2'F and 2'O methyl bases. Gene Link provides single stranded and duplex siRNA's. For duplex siRNA, the single stranded siRNA oligos are annealed after complete deprotection and purification steps are completed. Gene Link utilizes the most reliable standard RNA synthesis chemistry. The SmartBaseTM siRNA duplexes are supplied lyophilized and ready to use after reconstitution. Gene Link offers numerous modifications e.g GalNAc. Cholesterol TEG etc for cellular delivery and effective siRNA functions. Gene Link can synthesize gram quatities of SmartBaseTM siRNA oligos. |
