Agarose GLG is certified molecular biology grade DNase and RNase-free agarose powder. It is suitable for routine DNA and RNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Electrophoretic separation of 200 bp to 13 kb fragment is ideally achieved by preparing a 0.8% to 1% gel in a TAE buffer system.
