This T7 RNA polymerase primer is complementary to the conserved class III sequence. Sequencing data will be obtained for all templates containing the Class III T7 RNA polymerase promotor sequences. This primer in addition contains sequence complementary to Stratagenes’s pBluescript plasmid flanking the T7 sequence. The product is supplied as a lyophilized powder, after reconstitution store at -20oC. Oligo purity is greater than 98% as determined by denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
