AP Detection buffer 10X (Alkaline Phosphatase buffer) is a concentrate buffer specifically formulated for Alkaline Phosphatase based detection protocol. This buffer can be used at 1X concentration for anti-digoxigenin alkaline phosphatase conjugated antibody and oligo-Alkaline phosphatase conjugated based chemiluminescent detection system. The hybridization probes are usually digoxigenin labeled probes or oligonucleotide probes directly conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. Follow the specific protocol for equilibration, incubation and washing conditions.
